Terms and Conditions of Uma Electro Elevator, Rajkot

Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with Uma Electro Elevator services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Service Description: Uma Electro Elevator provides elevator installation, maintenance, repair, and related services as per the agreed terms with the client.

Quotations and Contracts: All quotations provided by Uma Electro Elevator are valid for a specified period and are subject to change thereafter. Contracts are deemed valid upon acceptance by the client and confirmation by Uma Electro Elevator.

Payment: Clients agree to pay Uma Electro Elevator the agreed-upon amount for services rendered. Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, are specified in the contract. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation and Refunds: Clients may cancel services as per the terms outlined in the contract. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided based on the cancellation terms agreed upon.

Service Level Agreement (SLA): Maintenance contracts come with specific SLAs detailing response times, resolution times, and service availability. Uma Electro Elevator will strive to meet these SLA commitments to the best of its abilities.

Liability: Uma Electro Elevator is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

Warranty: Uma Electro Elevator provides a warranty on installations and repairs as specified in the contract. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or used in the provision of services remains the property of Uma Electro Elevator unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the contract.

Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of their obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot.
